You tested with Wine version 1.6.2 which is over a year old. Please retest with a more current version (preferably 1.7.40) and report back if its still present.
You still need to upgrade your wine to 1.8 or 1.9 series. And updrating winetricks wouldnt hurt either.

But no unhandled exception.
Running LEGOHarryPotterDEMO.exe (game executable) works fine, too. I played for a while without exception (just "ERROR: Could Not Get Primary Adapter Handle" line).
So it even seems to be fixed.
