I tried the software and im unable to access the help, it just doesn't appear
at all.

Disregard that, you have to run "wine terminal.exe".

However, the terminal help crashes when using LANG="ru_RU" and doesn't give a
backtrace. And it refuses to run in winedbg/gdb (a debugger has been found,
blah blah)
