[Bug 16286] New: amstream, quartz, devenum: some cinematics do not work with builtin dlls

After doing some experiments I found that some cinematics only work with native
amstream, quartz and devenum dlls. Please check duplicated bug 16250 and bug
8712 for details.

The intention was to create a metabug or at least a sort of. The reason was
that amstream is mostly stub. It could have been closed when there is a minimal
implementation that can be tested.
Is there any policies or rules about metabugs ?

It's been decided that metabugs are not useful for Wine bugzilla, and they
create addtional burden and mess which is not really worth the trouble of
maintaining. Each bug report should be devoted to a particular, simple bug.
