Sample document

MS Word 2007 crashes when I scroll down to the 2rd page of the attached sample
file.

I am using Ubuntu 9.04 and WINE 1.1.32

Doesn't crash on my system, 1.1.32, openSUSE 11.1, Office 2007 Enterprise.

I am new to Linux, you tell me how can I get the console output for the ms word
crash?

If an application crashes I can see the output but when i try to open the
specific ms word file on the console: "wine Sample_Copy.doc",

it gives this msg: "wine: could not load L"H:\Desktop\Sample_Copy.doc": Bad
EXE format for"

The wine command only works with Windows programs, not arbitrary files. Start
Word with Wine, then open the file within Word.

You could also try the 'wine start (file)' command.

"wine start Sample_Doc.doc &> log.txt" worked!

Is this still an issue in the latest version/with a clean install?
