Hi, the following commands make the bug dissapear:
LC_ALL=thai wine QuArK.exe
LC_ALL=chinese wine QuArK.exe

and i guess there will be more.

The bug is still present if i set it to french, german and spanish.

Now from what i read in your post Dmitry, i guess this bug is "WONTFIX" isn't it?
