Running (under Kubuntu 64-bit): winehq-devel 6.6~groovy-1. Same problem under winehq-staging.
WSCC installers (available at https://www.kls-soft.com/wscc/), both 32- and 64-bit, fail under Wine 6.6, both 32- and 64-bit. Updating fails as well under Wine 6.6 (if it was installed under previous version). Installs and updates fine under 6.5 and 6.4 (checked under PlayOnLinux).
