if you want it that way you should file extra bugs for all things that need to
be fixed and let this bug depend on them.If anybody volunteers to do that, fine.

But now we have a bug "Serious Sam First Encounter demo doesn't work" declared
as fixed, so I am supposed to think the application works, although we know it
doesn't. Thats simply misleading.

btw.: the user mostly don't know what are the issues why the app fails. So often
you will only have a "generic" bug a la "app xy don't work". 
Your proposal actually implies that the dev(s) who try to solve the bug have to
open bugs for every issue they encounter. I don't think that works.
