and shows the following correct result:
"This entry has been deleted (class: version, id: 8665)
Its content may have been moved to another entry"

The parent link for this application is:

Any ideas why this happened?

Confirming.
The votes have remained after the version has been deleted.  Workaround would
be to remove the votes, if this is possible, but the bug will remain.

This bug should be fixed now, although the best solution would be to merge Top
25 with the Browse Apps page.
