We are need help. When we are running this soft from Windows, It start up no
more 3 sec, but from WINE It's are Preloading more then 30 seconds.

Нужна помощь в запуске этой программы. При
работе с ней в Windows запуск происходит
практически сразу, а из под WINE более 30
секунд.

I am test Mebel K3 with all version of WINE. Last version that I'm used is
1.1.17. And nothing.

In terminal NO MESSAGE like it run OK.

1. I think that is bug of opengl32.dll and today I Test it wine key's of
regedit:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER//Software//Wine//OpenGL//DisableExtensions// and next I am
disable all variable of it. BUT NOTHING.

2. Next I'm disable Composite in Xorg.conf, Restart system, but NO RESULTS.

3. Winetricks . install all of it . But no results.

4. 12 System with any configuration but TIME OF START UP this programm more
then 30 sec.

5. Install like NATIVE all usefull DLL, and no result's.

...... HP LaserJet2300. You are need this?

And what is VERY INTERESTING that Mebel K3 start from Windows without any
additional software and TIME TO START UP no more 3 seconds !!!

And what about WINE ? 30 seconds, and If no other process is running.

You didn't answer my question - do you have network printer or not?
I do not buy there are any messages in the terminal.

DO NOT install use any native dlls, DO NOT use winetricks unless explicitly
instructed. Remove your ~/.wine directory and reinstall the software.

What video card? What driver?

I am have network printer LJ2300.

I am clear my .wine directory and reinstall it. With no effect. Any
configurations of Video card tested. Now It's Ati Radeon 9700.

Do you test my software on your PC? Maybe then you are see this BUG ?

Or maybe I'm can run this software with WINEDEBUG options to see what is
problem ?

That's your problem. Make sure it's powered on and working when you start Wine.
Or remove it from CUPS.

http://localhost:631/printers/. And here I'm delete all printers. No effects.

... I think that problem is not like a printer can't detected because another
Programs work perfectly !

When I am take this Bug into the WineBugzilla I'm Attach the file
"MebelK3.zip". Some body lanch this application? Or that file was removed. If
somebody need to test this Application, say me to download by e-mail.

You delete local Printers. 
That has of course no effect for delays on remote Printers.

CUPS got loaded, but did not find a printer.
In that case, Wine parse "/etc/printcap", but your System has no Printer
configured there.

Wine with CUPS can produce a long delay, when a network printer is configured,
but not available.
I expected to see a remote CUPS server selected with the environment variable 
CUPS_SERVER

Mebel has also problems without a network Printer.

WINEDEBUG=+relay,+loaddll,+tib  wine mebel 2>&1 | tee log.txt
show you the reason (stopped after a while. The log was then 76MB):

The application does on startup:
- Convert every ANSI charater to UNICODE
- Then for various fonts:
  * create a bitmap
  * Then for every printable Character:
    * draw a single character to the bitmap
    * read every pixel with GetPixel

- Later then for every Toolbar Bitmaps in the resource:
  * Read a bitmap from the resource
  * Create compatible DC and Bitmaps
  * Select a Bitmap in a Device Context
    * read every pixel with GetPixel
    * write every Pixel with SetPixelV

The Developer of the Application is so damm stupid by ignore Blitting.
Compare that with Multiplication of big numbers by using Addition only.

It's slower on Wine as in Windows, because wine use X11 for DIB operations.
When I stopped the logs, GetPixel and SetpixelV where called over 1.2 millon
times.
Without relay, but with +dc, counting from the start until the UI was up,
DeleteDC was called 3221 times.

The DIB might help, but I didn't test that.

Detlef, thanks huge for your attention to an essence of the given problem.
Developers of this program do not differ special talent. I too made WINEDEBUG =
+ all and at me the file more than 800 Mb before I have stopped it was created.

And everywhere GetPixel, SetPixel. What the program from under Windows with
such speed in such a way will start? Even nothing converting. Perhaps finds the
necessary fonts in system?

I shall search for answers. DIB - you have in view of DIB.DLL (M $ Visual C ++
library)?

With Winedib.drv : VERY SLOW STARTUP. Many fixed errors in concole, very bad in
work. All redrawing every second, Button's on a ToolBar are redrawing 2 times
every use of this.

The huge request to developers of system. Prompt please as still it is possible
to try to start this graphic program. The Dib-engine does not approach for
these purposes. Can be still eat variants for start. I ask to help to
understand this.
Why in Windows is not present such problems with transformations? There can be
a business in discrepancy of code tables? In a mode combine with windows of
version 95 from under Windows ХР Mebel also uses a file c_1251.nls. Can be
somehow probably use this program in Linux. HELP.

Or this program it will not be correct to work under Linux-systems? It is not
necessary to try?

PLEASE remove this BUG from WineHQ Bugzilla. With start of the program I have
solved a problem, having removed all graphic resources from dynamic link
library with Restorator2007. Has left only text menus, without any bitmaps.
It's work perfectly. Thanks to all who HELP me understand what the problem with
startup.

Probably, but no one tested it to verify that.
