I opened an url (Slayradio.org) via file dialogue and then pressed next and reverse buttons and it selected streams in the list.
I couldnt figure out any other way.

Apparently, tested myself too. Bug is poorly described. It's not clear whether "next page" is the same like next/previous. Maybe it used to be browser page which is changed now.
OR lost interest. Probably not worth to waste more time on this...
