I'm using FreeBSD 8.1-STABLE
Following patches have to be applied to compile wine for amd64 architecture.
http://drop.io/wine_fbsd64
http://people.freebsd.org/~ivoras/wine/

It's possible to implement this patch (even partially), to compile wine for
x64? Or any work that could be done by wine team to make it easier to compile?

There is no patches for Wine there. What exactly the problem is?

You need to contact the patch author(s) and ask them why their patches are
needed and why they don't send them to wine-patches.
