Wing Commander IV The Price of Freedom renders incorrectly in WINE. I have
tested this in a Virtual machine running Debian Squeeze 6.0 Wine 1.0.1 as well
as a current Debian Bookworm 12.0 Wine 7.20 installation. The error exists in
all versions of WINE. The display is drawn offset vertically down on the screen
from where it should be displaying.

This bug appears to affect fullscreen rendering of wing commander IV only. If
you use Alt-Enter to switch to windowed mode the game draws correctly.

This bug only happens if you allow the window manager to control the windows.
De-selecting that option in WINE causes the game to render correctly. This is
happening on Marco in MATE Desktop.

This is also happening on Wayland.
