After I have updated wine to 1.1.6 my lotus client became extremely slow both
in online and offline mode. Downgrading wine to 1.1.5 solved the problem.

I run on OpenSuse 11.0, KDE 4.1.2.

Just updated to 1.1.8 and the problem disappeared.
