The "Open File" dialog does not show any files ( including ones supported by
the program such as *.PRO;*.PHD;*.PSH ) in the main view(?). It does show
directories, however.

Manually entering the file name in the "File name:" entry works without any
issue.

A workaround has been found.

Clearing the "File name:" dialog ( which contains '*.PRO;*.PHD;*.PSH' by
default ) and entering an asterisk instead, shows all the files correctly.

Yes, just checked it with 1.1.26 and the issue persists. The workaround also
continues to work.

This bug has not been updated for three years. Is this still an issue in
current (1.5.4 or newer) wine? Or should this be changed to abandoned ?
