Summary: Punch! Home Design AS4000: Open File Dialog does not show files Product: Wine Version: 1.1.13 Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: minor Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: xyem@electricjungle.org
The "Open File" dialog does not show any files ( including ones supported by the program such as *.PRO;*.PHD;*.PSH ) in the main view(?). It does show directories, however.
Manually entering the file name in the "File name:" entry works without any issue.

--- Comment #1 from xyem@electricjungle.org 2009-01-25 05:56:51 --- A workaround has been found.
Clearing the "File name:" dialog ( which contains '*.PRO;*.PHD;*.PSH' by default ) and entering an asterisk instead, shows all the files correctly.

--- Comment #2 from Austin English austinenglish@gmail.com 2009-07-30 12:17:10 --- Is this still an issue in current (1.1.26 or newer) wine?

--- Comment #3 from xyem@electricjungle.org 2009-08-03 10:32:52 --- Yes, just checked it with 1.1.26 and the issue persists. The workaround also continues to work.

--- Comment #5 from butraxz@gmail.com 2012-05-20 11:07:04 CDT --- This bug has not been updated for three years. Is this still an issue in current (1.5.4 or newer) wine? Or should this be changed to abandoned ?
