no, sry, haven't been able to look at this. If somebody else wants to spend some time here, pls do so. At least a solution for the GetDepthStencilSurface() issue sounds doable. Not sure about the SetVertexShaderConstant thing, implementing the whole software vertexprocessing in wined3d is probably quite a lot of work. Don't know if a hack as used here would be accepted.
