Then I tried unloading all the modules (no /dev entries left either), but winecfg still detects OSS. So the problem isn't fixed. Another thing that bothers me is that OSS is default and not ALSA, I have only been having problems with OSS in wine and therefore I think ALSA is alot better. (Perhaps I'm the only one) If the load is high the OSS driver only creates static. ALSA is fine even under 100% CPU usage.
