Program Error Details

Skryim: Special edition will not load.  I get the following program error:  The
program Steam.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close.  We are
sorry for the inconvenience.  The program error details are attached.  Any help
would be greatly appreciated.  Please and Thank you.

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
api-ms-win-core-sysinfo-l1-2-1..GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime called in 32-bit
code (0x7b832214).

Fixed in Wine 1.7.44 from 2015.

Hello folks,

please always try to complete/fix missing fields, such as version, component
etc if possible. It's not very hard to do when a backtrace is provided.
