Sonic Adventure 2 (Steam version) is normally locked to 60 fps and has no
framedrop or frameskip mechanism. On my ThinkPad X230, menus run normally on
VirtualBox with Windows 7. On Wine, menus run significantly faster than they
should, which makes it hard to select the correct option.

This might be a duplicate of bug 43265. Please retest with current Wine from
git or Wine 2.13 once it's released.

I tried the patch from commit 147f9341031b7a808d18a2d3545e19fdd2c7c92a but it
doesn't seem to have made a difference.

I'll try a full git build tomorrow.

Tested commit 5a61913e90e3725d08c0e1fd06ccfe936434cbcc and VSync appears to be
working correctly, so this probably was a duplicate of bug 43265.

Can an administrator close this bug as FIXED or better as DUPLICATE of bug
43265.
