Have been trying to troubleshoot Mike Kronenberg's and Zach Drayer's builds and decided to build 1.1.13 fresh using Fink (updated all packages and Fink itself.)
See attached log for what happens when I attempt to start wine.

Mine, all mine. However, this is the same error I get when running Zach's build and he DOES NOT get it. I could be nasty and remove Fink completely and re-install grabbing only those packages necessary to build Wine. However, that would be a great deal of effort.

Closing issue as Resolved/Wontfix as problem is not with Wine codebase.
Thank you Austin for looking into this.
This may also fix Mike's and Zach's builds on my system.
