Most likely your wineserver is 32-bit.

I installed wine both compiling my self and using
https://archlinux.org/packages/multilib/x86_64/wine/ , Same result
I don't know how to should I solve it

OK, I had to use ../wine-source/configure --enable-win64 during compiling.

But my question is why the problem didn't solve after I used arch repo package?
Because they have used --enable-win64:

Problem solved only when I use wine64 instead wine in creating wineprefix

$ WINEPREFIX="/home/m/.wine" WINEARCH=win64 wine wineboot => $
WINEPREFIX="/home/m/.wine" WINEARCH=win64 wine64 wineboot
