The interesting part of the log:

$ wine PODHD300Edit.exe 
fixme:win:RegisterDeviceNotificationW (hwnd=0x10074,
filter=0xfae9dc,flags=0x00000000) returns a fake device notification handle!

Error has changed somewhat but still crashes just after the splash-screen: 
see attached logs :

backtrace:  output.txt
output from console : wine_commandline_error.txt
and the error that appears in the wine-error window : Wine-window_error.txt

Have you tried newer wine? We are currently at 1.7.53
