This product is an industry standard for communication of CAD designs. It is also freeware from Adobe and can be downloaded from here if needed for debugging: http://download.autodesk.com/esd/designreview/SetupDesignReview2009.exe
It does not install. After starting and all the installation questions have been answered, the installer crashes (see output in attached file)

Sadly that file isn't there for some reason, so I guess that's also a bug.
