Testing with GTA San Andreas. Running direct with ./wine cause a halt and stooped game in the memory, i only can run normaly if i execute ./wineboot with a active desktop.
Not show nothing in the log.

$ ./wine .wine/drive_c/***/gta_sa.exe
With this not execute the game. If have a active desktop show the desktop and can't show the game (if later enter in the game show a error like if having the game in the memory). If have a off desktop, nothing show, nothing appear in the terminal. Both method (with/without desktop) the wine can't execute the game and can't exit.

Please change to the game directory before trying to start it, like:
cd .wine/drive_c/***/ wine gta_sa.exe

Same thing to me, it shows Nvidia logo and then freezes with this log.
