With today's, git, running fifa11 demo from a batch file
with builtin nsvcr80 hangs after first screen with
...
InputThread started
err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x20a4bd8 "?" wait timed out in
thread 000b, blocked by 0034, retrying (60 sec)

Oddly, it doesn't seem to hang if not run from the batch file.
WINEDEBUG=+file is also enough to get it to not hang.

relay log (native msvcr* dlls)

The game seems to hang randomly during startup (it occurs rarely here). It
looks it's not related to msvcr dll. Attaching a relay log (demo installed with
winetricks). The game was run directly (not with .bat file).

Does not start for me in wine-1.3.10. No problem in Wine-1.7.28 (succeeded 10
of 10). Fixed.
