Bug ID: 57786 Summary: DNS2GO.exe program fails to run propely Product: Wine Version: 6.0.3 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs@winehq.org Reporter: scottef1@proton.me Distribution: ---
Created attachment 77987 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=77987 backtrace file for dns2g0
I have a fresh install of Linus Mint, I installed Wine (software hub said Version 7 stable-21.08, but the program reports back ver 6.0.3), then attempted to install the program DNS2GO.exe. The Program installs, launches, and lets me register, but then when it tries to 'go live' it crashes. I've attached the backtrace from the crash.

--- Comment #1 from Rafał Mużyło galtgendo@o2.pl --- For a start:
Wine build: wine-7.0
...really ?
Secondly, attach whole output, not just the backtrace.

Hey now... I'm new to linux and just installed Linux Mint for the first time. I was told I needed Wine, so I went to the Software Manager and downloaded it. I assumed it was the most up to date version.
That said, I see now there is a newer version, so I followed the steps to upgrade to 10, here on the site. Once I upgraded, the problem went away and the program is working perfect.
