I have no game controller, however GTA IV character permanently runs forward
(and to the left yielding circles) in Unbuntu 10.10 under Wine 1.2.2.

These commands make no difference:
sudo chmod 000 /dev/input/js*
sudo chmod u=rw,g=r,o=rw /dev/input/js*

How do we get this bug be reopened?
