Since the latest Battle.net Laucher update, it crashes with the following
message:

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.d._get_narrow_winmain_command_line called in
32-bit code (0x7b43e0f2).

The launcher is required to launch games like Starcraft 2, World of Warcraft,
Hearthstone, Overwatch and Heros of the STorm.

Bug #40905 is about another application needing the same method. Maybe the bug
reports can be merged.

According to the comments on AppDB, installing vcrun2015 makes the launcher
work again:

When you install native vcrun2015 some of api-ms-* dlls are also installed, you
only need to set correct overrides to make them usable.
