Please upgrade to the latest development version of wine and try again
(currently 1.5.21).

How I can do that?
I followed this instructions: http://www.winehq.org/download/ubuntu
and got 1.5.20, but how can I upgrade to latest?

wine 1.5.21 was release last friday, I think the packages are not available
yet. So did you test in 1.5.20? Was the result any better?

Ok, the workaround helped.
Modo successfully executed, but all problems still remain.
Absolutely the same behavior.

In your video, you say the first problem is that the screen does
not update, the second problem is that the menus don't respond properly to
mouse-up, the third problem is menus not displaying text.
Let's make this bug about the screen update problem;
please file separate bug reports for the other issues.
