I can't install vcrun2019. Used the Winetricks shell. I can't figure it out myself, I need help.

looking at your other bug 48913 I think you are confusing Wine Bugzilla for a help desk. Any questions related on how get apps/games installed, required installer prerequisites, distro host packages etc. belong to WineHQ user forums:
Bugzilla is a bug tracker and not meant for end user support.
'winetricks -q vcrun2019' works out of the box here in 64-bit WINEPREFIX and Wine 5.6. It's daily tested by many users. If there would be a general problem it would have been quickly noticed in Winetricks' issue tracker:

It could be anything in you case.
* outdated 'winetricks' script * broken WINEPREFIX * broken Wine wrapper (in case you're not using plain/vanilla Wine) * missing/broken distro/host packages * permission problems
We don't have a magic glass ball. If you want to be helped, you need to be more cooperative, providing more information.
* 'winetricks --version' * proof that it fails in clean (new!) WINEPREFIX ('rm -rf ~/.wine' -> backup important data before as needed) * attach console output if it still fails

to spare you from further trouble down the road: don't try to fire up winetricks vcrun2019 with wine-6.1x, unless your winetricks copy is a live snapshot from git, or you have a proper backup of course.
