Starting taxact 2013 crashes with an error of
wine: Unimplemented function urlmon.dll.CreateUri called at address 0x7ef6fe10 (thread 0009), starting debugger...
'winetricks ie6' used or the program freezes. The program also froze in TaxACT 2012 (see bug 34357).

--- Comment #2 from Don Pobanz dpobanz@gmail.com --- OK, I went back into winecfg and saw that 'winetricks ie6' installed several native libraries, one of which is 'urlmon'. I removed native 'urlmon' and the program no longer crashes.
