I've seen this about 5 times on buildbot's trunk build:
Errors:

GnuTLS error: An unexpected TLS packet was received.

I ran the test in loop with a timeout (script attached) and got a
relay,seh,tid,msvcrt,msvcr90 log (also attached).

Does running on a single core (e.g. taskset -c 1)
keep the bug from triggering?

No. Took ~90m instead of ~18minutes, but still happened. I'll attach a new log.
