[Bug 15144] New: foobar's installer takes too much time to start

This is not big deal. Since I've found a stub on my wine log, I've decided to
try opening this installer (foobar2000) many times and the loading time might
vary.
Maybe this stupid bug might help in some other installers. Some times it takes
about 1 minute to open the installer. No, my computer is not slow at all.

well, the error still shows up but it works for me now. I was running Wine as
root. This should be fixed now.
