Installing the latest 'Publish or Perish' scientific citation software, leads to this error:
wine: Call from 0x7edf6770 to unimplemented function sxs.dll.CreateAssemblyNameObject, aborting
Older'Publish or Perish' software versions worked. I am using Mandriva 2008.0 with Wine 1.7.7 on a 64bit laptop.

The links are for fusion for CLR. Be aware that SxS (aka win32 fusion) is different from fusion for CLR assemblies. Although both Sxs and CLR have the concept of GAC (for Sxs it's WinSxs) there are various technological differences.
