Upside down menu background

Oxygen Not Included is in early Alpha. Linux port is planned but so far there
is only Windows build.

There are several graphics issues reported by several users:
 - Menu graphics are upside down
 - For some people the world ingame is also drawn upside down, while for others
it comes up full black.

The game reléies heavily in DirectX 11, which may be the reason it does not
display properly under Wine.

My console is rapidly spammed by the following three messages:

fixme:d3d11:d3d11_immediate_context_OMSetBlendState Per-rendertarget blend not
implemented.
fixme:d3d11:d3d11_immediate_context_OMSetBlendState Color mask > 3 not
implemented.
fixme:d3d11:wined3d_map_flags_from_d3d11_map_type Unhandled map_type 0x2.

A user just confirmed that the patch in bug 42099 fixed Oxygen Not Included for
them.

I still have to test if it fixes the all black graphics for me as well, or it
only fixes the upside down part.

OK this is weird... that patch is already in wine-staging, there was nothing to
do. Yet, I still have the bug.

Ignore my last comment, I'm an idiot... the patch removes those lines, not adds
them...

Trying to build wine-staging with it now, but I have some issues with building.
As soon as I figured it out I'll test the game and report back.

I can confirm that the patch supplied in
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42099 does indeed fix the graphics
issue, both the upside down graphics and missing graphics.
