New in Wine and linux I installed BNC Express 7 (accounts program) by wine -----/setup.exe ran under root : application is running quiet well
I installed same application running under user : application does not run well display problems. Wine application is shown by Ubuntu and run on user key, so dont run well
Also the uninstaller seems to do not work under root or not..
Some people to help me installing properly this application ???

I'm a little short on linux commands but I will try something like rm ~./wine Thanks for your response
Note: I do not see on the doc a word about root/no root

rm -rf ~/.wine -or- mv ~/.wine ~/.wine-backup

In the future, please post in bugzilla itself, not via e-mail.
If removing ~/.wine and reinstalling it fixed the problem, the bug was not in wine, but rather a broken configuration. Resolving invalid.
