I'm using Ubuntu Jaunty 8/3/09 daily release
I managed to install IE8 Beta from Microsoft's website (I put the installation file inside /Documents and Settings/Yaron/My Documents/)
The installation went just fine and the files are all at the Program Files/Internet Explorer folder
My only problem is that when I try to load iexplore.exe nothing happens
I copied the output from the CLI and copied it into a file for you to have a look
