the installation log

After downloading WINE from the sourceforge mirror, unpacking and running
either from a console or from KDE file manager, the installation was aborted
and the log file is attached.

Does this have to do with EeePC xandros linux? or should I try to reinstall
hands.sys?

Not a blocker. Please retest with 1.1.2.

Have you installed the default development environment? Also see
http://wiki.winehq.org/Recommended_Packages

Output indicates you do not have gcc (or any other suitable compiler). Closing
invalid.
