in 1.7 I have error message:

err:secur32:SECUR32_initSchannelSP TLS library not found, SSL connections will
fail

...and internet connection fails...
kubuntu 15.04 64 bit

That's a problem with your setup (missing gnutls).

mmm... my setup...

I have libgnutls-deb0.so.28
but wine needs libgnutls.so.26

It is a problem with wine config
