Sound Forge is a proprietary professional audio editor. The program installs, but hangs on splash screen while launched. I tested it on fresh wine installation. I also tried to downgrade wine to version 0.9.59 while keeping .wine directory untouched and it runs then.
It installs and runs very well in wine 0.9.59.

10 debug traces of "wine forge70.exe" command. I used "WINEDEBUG=warn+all" for most of application's runs, and "WINEDEBUG=+trace1,+trace2,-trace3" for runs marked as "stepXX_trace". All the successful runs marked as "_success".

But I don't think it's a duplicate of bug 13090 - I tested it also with JACK and NAS, but Sound Forge hanged anyway, while winecfg's "Test Sound" worked just fine. As you can see from the traces, it hangs most of the time but runs well in some cases (2 of 10 runs).
