hi,
i'm a user of Metatrader (MT4) on Linux (ubuntu intrepid & jaunty 32) with last wine 1.1.21.
Even using Winedoors to install Metatrader, there is a lot of non conventional errors: - first, before installing this program, wine folders have to be filled with windows fonts and 2 special dll: MFC42.DLL (like that, all in capital and with a lenght of 995383 bytes) & mfc40.dll - winetricks have to be used too

Metatrader need the font "windings.TTF" writed like this to be recognized by icons.

Install it with Wine, try at least. Than file reports. You could use winetricks to install mfc4 modules.

No, Wine supports many applications. But we can't support wine doors, and many of your 'bugs' aren't really bugs (the same thing can happen on windows).
If you have actual bugs, please file them.
