KillerNoize ,which is an application to reduce the noize of WAVE files, can be installed on WINE 9.0 on Fedora39, but when I launched this software, only error screen appeared and crashed.

--- Comment #2 from Andrew Nguyen arethusa26@gmail.com --- I was able to find a download link for the application. When I ran the installer in a clean Wine prefix, I noticed at the end of the install process the following error:
0180:err:module:import_dll Library MFC42.DLL (which is needed by L"C:\Program Files\KillerNoize\SetUp.exe") not found 0180:err:module:loader_init Importing dlls for L"C:\Program Files\KillerNoize\SetUp.exe" failed, status c0000135
Launching the KillerNoize app shows a message box with some sort of initialization error.
If I install mfc42 with winetricks before I run the installer, then after the installation completes, I can successfully run KillerNoize.
The missing mfc42 dependency might be the issue you are encountering. Please try installing mfc42 with winetricks before installing KillerNoize and see if you still have problems launching the application.

MFC42.dll missing.
Previously Photoimpact X3 was running fine with an old Wine 1 version on macOS Mojave.
Can it be , that MFC42.dll is missing in SystemWow64? Regards
