Barely anyone in this world knows what CDT is. And then it's hard to convert to your local TZ.
Is it possible to make Wine's bugzilla show dates in UTC, please?

Let's keep this open to maybe change the default timezone to UTC instead of CDT.
It was previously set to 'Same as Server' (which was apparently CDT). It's now set to UTC.
Checking a bug when logged out shows it is now set to UTC, so marking fixed.
