https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/%7Bdebian,ubuntu%7D is not a valid URL. The
packages are all at http://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ in their respective
directories.

4.0-rc2 is approximately the time we changed the repository key, so my guess is
that you never updated. You need to.

Yeah, you use invalid hierarchy for debian package archive.
Use reprepro for proper populate packages in pool's.

The repository structure had to be changed to flat when we moved to a new build
server. If you are using a script to download, you need to adjust it for the
current structure.

Note also that we no longer build sid packages.
