The Wine app does not run on openSUSE Leap 15.5 KDE 5.103.0, does not appear in the menu, downloaded and installed from the Discover store. How can I proceed?

I removed Wine 7.0 from Discover and did the following steps to install Wine:
1. I went to the official Wine website at "https://en.opensuse.org/Wine#Repositories". 2. I selected the link "http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Emulators:/Wine/openSUSE_Factory/" as there is no option for openSUSE Leap 15.5 3. Added the link to the software repository with the name "WineHQ 4. I opened the Software or Package Manager, searched for Wine, wine-32bit, wine-gecko appeared selected (checked), selected wine-32bit and clicked on the "Versions" tab, chose 8.11-1603.2x86_64 of WineHQ... clicked on the Accept button. 5. In the Konsole terminal, I typed Wine --version and it showed "wine-8.11". However a shortcut was not installed in the menu, no Wine appears. I will try to proceed with installing HeidiSQL in Wine and see if I can. I look forward to your valuable guidance. Thank you.
