When playing in fullscreen mode it seem like the game still wants to be in windowed mode, so it shows the game window in the original resolution and the rest of the screen is black. This means the mouse position is way off so it's almost impossible to click anything since you have to "guess" where the pointer really is.

I suspect that it is the "Add OpenGL context recreation support to SetDepthStencilSurface" message that is the issue here.

I tried various hacks from similar bugs, but they didn't help in working around this bug.
