Then the game can be installed, but crashes due to missing POWRPROF.dll.PowerEnumerate

--- Comment #2 from Fabian Maurer dark.shadow4@web.de --- Yeah, with the patch it shows the launcher. It shows no power plans and gives a warning that the "Current power plan can result in poor performance", but that can be ignored.
It crashes during start of the game, but that's most likely a different issue. Possibly related to EasyAntiCheat...
