[Bug 8786] Enemy Territory Quake Wars freezes on mouse movement

Thanks, that patch completely fixes the reversed X-axis problem for me.

There is still some general unsmoothness with the mouse, and it still bounces
off the edges of the screen in the menu, but actually in game is /far/ more
playable.
