[Bug 40753] New: ElonaPlus hangs on exit

When trying to exit from ElonaPlus (ver 1.58), either from the starting menu
from within a game, it hangs, with no CPU usage.  The only message that wine
prints to the terminal is:

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7bcf58e0 "loader.c:
loader_section" wait timed out in thread 0029, blocked by 0009, retrying (60
sec)

I tried running it with WINEDEBUG=warn+all,+process but that didn't give any
additional output on exit.

Version is Wine Staging 1.9.10

Have you tried this game with Wine 1.9.11 Staging? Also, would you happen to
have a link to this game for others to try it out?

I'm just using the version provided to me from the Fedora repositories for
Fedora 23.

Oh, also, I'm using the env var WINEARCH="win32", since the game is 32 bit.

Wine 1.9.11 Staging terminal output

Still occurs in Wine 1.9.12.

This message keeps showing up every time:
