if you start the installer second time it complains that it wants at least IE7 or newer.

People are reporting successful installs with: ie8 with playonlinux and used this 32 bit prefix, to install and play WildStarPTR.exe. Changing wine version from 1.7.22 to 1.7.51 also works.
