The Packagers guide, chapter 3 comments about a tool that should be in programs/
calles winebootup that would runs the need programs as if wine had rebooted.

However this tool does not exists in wine (20020804 now).

Does this tool ever existed? what happened?

I am about to write some tools to deal with it if winebootup does not
really exist.
